Born August 2nd, 1965, Kris Saroenjai is a down to earth artist with a very humble personality. Love is the most important matter in his work: love for his work, love for his daughters, love for elephants as a symbol of his 'Thainess' (elephants are revered in Thailand). Self taught painter, His work is realistic and mature, he strongly feels that 'life is beautiful', a feeling which is obvious in his paintings...
Honored artist, he received the Thai red cross medallion 3rd class in 2005 by Her Royal Majesty the queen.
